Welcome to Molly’s Falls State Park! This reservoir offers unique recreational opportunities for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and camping, as well as motor-boating. This is not your typical Vermont State Park camping experience. All campsites can only be reached by paddling or boating to them - some are a one-to-two-mile paddle from the launch site.
The camping amenities include 8 campsites, all with a moldering toilet nearby, located around the shores of the reservoir with all sites being waterfront, or with a water view. Access is by the boat launch located on Vermont Rt. 232. Campers are strongly encouraged to use cook stoves or bring their own firewood, also to pack water filters, adequate food/shelter and emergency supplies. Campers should not bring anything you are not prepared to carry in and carry out.
The remote campsites made be reserved in advance for a fee or are available for free as first-come, first-served. Park staff will register all campers upon arrival. Every remote campsite has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, unless otherwise posted. Boats are not provided and campers are required to bring their own vessels to access the campsites and day use areas.
There are 9 remote campsites and several day use sites. All campsites have a moldering toilet nearby. A paved boat launch, operated by Vermont Fish & Wildlife, is available for public use.
